* Add new node entry for ComfyUI-GRAG-ArchAi3D

Adding GRAG (Guided Region-Adaptive Guidance) custom node with:
- Simple and Unified controllers
- Advanced sampler
- 54 presets
- Per-layer and adaptive control

* Update custom-node-list.json
